OWLS now provides basic virus screening of all inbound and outbound email. The virus signatures are updated every hour, 24 hours a day. You should feel safer with our new virus scanning, but it is still important keep your local virus software up to date.

OWLS SMTP Server

OWLS provides inbound and outbound SMTP service for all our email customers. The OWLS SMTP server is smtp.owls.com

In some cases you may want to use your internet provider for your outbound mail. If that is the case you would ask your ISP for the proper outbound smtp server for your email program.

If you want to use your own service for email, all mail to your mailbox can be forwarded to another account.
